Four beers, one starting point
Blonde 22, Panoramique, Hoppa and Flamme make up our core range. They are made to be easy to drink: all are 4%, all come in 33 cl bottles or 20-litre kegs. The difference is not strength, but style.
They also share a base: water, barley malt, hops and yeast, with more than 80% Vaud raw ingredients. All contain gluten.

Choosing by taste
You like simple, honest beers: Blonde 22
Blonde is often the way in. Blonde 22 is the beer to put in the middle of the table when everyone likes something different. It goes with charcuterie, grilled meats and cheese, which makes it a natural partner for a Vaud aperitif.
You want something light: Panoramique
A wheat beer is recognised by the wheat in the recipe. Panoramique suits fresher plates: fish, salads, poultry, light Asian dishes or sushi. It is the choice for summer meals and lighter tables.
You love hops: Hoppa
A session IPA puts hops forward while staying easy to drink, and Hoppa stays at 4% like the rest of the range. It stands up to dishes with character: meat, street food and spicy food.
You prefer warmer notes: Flamme
Flamme is our amber. It goes with roasts, stews and barbecue, and even takes on caramelised desserts.
Three situations, three answers
- An aperitif with friends: Blonde 22, or a mix of all four so everyone can choose.
- A light summer meal: Panoramique with fish or salad, Hoppa if the dish is spicy.
- A barbecue or a stew: Flamme, and Blonde 22 for those who prefer something simpler.
Taste before you choose
The surest way to find your favourite is to compare them side by side. Our shop lets you build a 12-bottle case yourself, with a “discovery case” shortcut: 3 bottles of each. Orders are collected at the brewery in Chavornay.
For events, these four beers also come in 20-litre kegs: our guide Kegs and tap rental explains how to prepare your request. And if you want to go further, our seasonal beers bring fruit and herbs into the mix.
