- Nothing is booked until the brewery has confirmed.
The organiser’s role
For a company outing, a good idea is not enough: you need a date that suits everyone, a realistic headcount and an approved budget. The brewery can offer a setting, but you know your team. This guide helps you turn “we could go to the brewery” into a precise request.
Step 1: estimate the headcount
The number of guests shapes almost everything else. Indoors, the brewery welcomes up to 20 people. In summer, up to 50 people is possible on special request.
- Up to 20 people: the simplest format, possible all year depending on availability.
- 21 to 50 people: possible in summer, to be stated clearly in your first contact.
- More: talk to the brewery directly, or consider another format, such as kegs for an event at your premises.
Step 2: choose the format
| Option | Price per person | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Visit and tasting | CHF 25 incl. VAT | A team aperitif, at least 2 hours |
| Visit with fondue | CHF 50 incl. VAT | A convivial evening, at least 3 hours |
To work out a budget, simply multiply the option price by the number of guests. These are per-person prices, not a group package. Visits are for groups of 6 or more; allow at least 2 hours for visit and tasting, and 3 hours for the fondue option.
Step 3: suggest dates
Offer several dates rather than one. It gives the brewery and your team some flexibility. Also say what time of day you have in mind. Direct sales hours (Thursday 5 pm to 7 pm, Saturday 10 am to 12.30 pm) are not visiting slots: the time of your outing is set with the brewery.
Step 4: list your constraints
Better to say everything at the outset:
- Accessibility needs of any participants.
- Allergies and diets: our beers contain gluten (barley, and wheat in some).
- Departure and return times, and how everyone gets home.
- Any particular service you would like to discuss.
Services on request
Beyond visits, the brewery can look into custom labels, corporate gift boxes and private hire on request. Their content, lead times and prices depend on your project: describe your idea and the brewery will tell you what is possible.
Step 5: send the request and wait for confirmation
Once you have these points, send your request via the Visits page or to info@latalentueuse.ch. Nothing is held automatically: the date is set when the brewery confirms it. Only announce it to your team then.
